Products and Quality
We take great care to accurately describe the products shown on our website, but please be aware that some of the items may occasionally vary slightly in colour from that shown on screen.
Most items are described using approximate size/length and accurate colour options.
Price
Wonky Bunny wants you to shop in the knowledge that you are getting the best products at the very best price. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. If you are using your credit card to purchase items, your credit card company will charge you in your country’s currency at that day’s exchange rate. Local charges are not the responsibility of Wonky Bunny.
All prices are shown in Pound Sterling inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Payment is made strictly with order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery
All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form
We want you to have your lovely Wonky Bunny products as soon as possible, so we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as we can, this is typically within 2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email so you can start to look forward to your delivery. Please allow 14 days from confirmation of order dispatch before contacting us with any queries regarding delivery. If you have not received your delivery, or notification of an attempted delivery, within 14 days we will be happy to help identify the problem.
All deliveries will be despatched to you by Royal Mail or FedEx.
Should an item be out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date and give you the option to cancel the order.
Wonky Bunny will not despatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
Delivery costs to the UK and Europe are explained on our Delivery page. However, if you are placing an order outside of the UK or Europe you must contact us for a delivery cost prior to ordering.
Orders placed from outside the UK and Europe will not be delivered unless a request has been made for delivery costs.
Sale Items and Promotions
From time to time the Wonky Bunny will have items on sale. All the regular terms and conditions also apply to sale items. Discount codes that may have been advertised in various publications are not applicable on sale items.
Returns & Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you, or credit a full refund will be via your form of payment (including postage) once we have received the item, please specify your preferred option in your notification email.
If your goods are not damaged but you are unhappy in any way with your order when you receive it you can return it to Wonky Bunny, unused and in its original packaging within 10 days for a full refund (not including postage & packing if paid). Please download a returns for from our Delivery Terms page and include this with every return delivery.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit
This does not affect your statutory right to a 7 working day period to return your goods from when you receive them.
